Characteristics:

• The transverse movement of the trolley is done by chain drive coupled to hydraulic motor
• The transverse movement of the trolley can be set for any transverse length from minimum to maximum
• The finishing roller and auger are hang from trolley. They are run by hydraulic motors, driven by another hydraulic pump coupled with electric motor mounted on same trolley
• The finishing roller & auger are rotated by high torque low rpm hydraulic motor. The vibrator is run by high speed hydraulic motor

• Assures a specified tolerance to 1/8 inch in 12 ft.(3.3mm in 3.6m)
• The precision finishing roller is proven for canal lining
• The auger serves to level the concrete. The roller consolidates and finishes the concrete
• All sections are pin connected and interchangeable in the pieces of 4ft,8ft & 12ft for any adjustment in length
• Includes self-widening capability for use on all curves of canal
